How we talk to each other here
- No judgment. People arrive at very different stages and none of them is wrong.
- Share your experience, don’t prescribe. “This helped me” — not “you should”.
- Respect privacy: never repost someone’s story or details outside this forum.
- No medical advice, no medication recommendations, no diagnosing other members.
- If someone is in crisis, encourage professional help — don’t try to manage it alone.
This forum is peer support, not medical care. Read the full notice.

Not the perfect productivity system. Not the beautiful planner you used for four days.
The slightly ridiculous thing that actually helps.
Maybe you leave something directly in front of the door so you can’t forget it. Maybe you have six alarms. Maybe everything important lives on one whiteboard. Maybe you ask someone to stay on the phone while you finally do the boring task.
What small workaround has genuinely made your everyday life easier?
